Their westerly vistas make them an ideal location for watching the famous Turgutreis sunsets. Günbatimi Beach is the closest beach to Turgutreis town center. Big windsurfing and kite-surfing meeting point is Fener Beach, also known as Kemer Beach. Sheltered from the winds is sandy Karaincir Beach. It has calm waters 500 m in front of the beach, which makes it perfect spot for swimming. Aspat Bay is located between Bağla Bay and Karaincir, in the shadow of Aspat Hill to the east. Its beach was known as a shelter for Genoese pirates, but today is a home to the Temera Beach resort.
